The double rooms, both very large, are on the first floor and have air conditioning, the single room is on the ground floor and if not used as a bathroom is a nice studio. A cot is available for children up to 3 years if necessary.

Upon confirmation of the reservation, a voucher will be sent by e-mail to be signed with contractual validity. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at the time of booking by bank transfer or credit card.

The balance is due no later (according to the agreements) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner with wire bank or credit card. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. “I Cipressini” will send you a reminder when the balance is due.

In the unfortunate event of you need to cancel all or a part of your holiday you are entitled to receive:
100% of the agreed rent if the cancellation is communicated within 30 days from the beginning of the rental period. 50% of the agreed rent if the cancellation is communicated within 14 days from the beginning of the rental period.

All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, Accident, medical and personal cover; ‘I Cipressini’ can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

All disputes will be heard in the court of Siena.
